I've had a wonderful experience with their service department. I recently noticed something that wasn't normal for my vehicle to be doing during operation. I brought it into the service department and met with David (Service Manager). He oversaw the process and stayed in contact with me throughout! The technician Christian performed an amazing warranty repair and the vehicle is operating normally once again. The process was very smooth and they kept me up to date on the process. I was looking for a new vehicle and after much research, I decided on Summerville Ford. I had already sought out info through numerous methods to try and narrow my search down. After initially contacting the Internet Department, specifically Lori Willis, where she sent me several vehicle prices with what I wanted. Upon arriving at Summerville Ford just to look around, a salesman, Mark Presswood, came and initially assisted me. I knew Lori was not working that day, but Mark assured me that was not a problem. Mark and I drove several F-150 trucks and I decided to take it overnight to test drive further. The vehicle did not meet my needs and I returned it to Summerville Ford, no problems at all. I met with Lori and we discussed the Explorer, as I currently own an Expedition, and didn't want all that room, so we test drove several and I settled on one that I wanted to test drive further that night; which was not a problem. The sales Manager Elvis Hayes assisted me in test driving each vehicle overnight. He made things flow very smoothly with coordination with Lori. I brought the Explorer back, much happier, but decided to test drive an Expedition anyways. After test driving that vehicle, i knew the Explorer was the right choice. Lori, Elvis and Teresa Fletcher crunched numbers and I was very satisfied with what was being offered and I accepted the offer. Financing was exceptionally smooth with Jerry Paige, a fellow James Islander and brother Veteran, handling everything. Easy explanations and the complete deal was sealed. My new Explorer was detailed out, everything explained and I'm a happy camper.
